Individual coaching sessions

Life plans are not made by chance. We offer counselling and coaching sessions for all professional decisions and situations – such as recognising potential, promotion opportunities, career alternatives, returning to work after a break, selection procedures and much more.

Computer course

Learn step by step how to use a computer, understand the most common computer programs, get practice and become a confident user. No previous experience required. Participants do not have to bring their own computers. A confirmation of attendance is provided on completion of the course.

German language courses for women

The City of Leoben offers free German courses for women in spring and autumn. The language level will be decided on the level the majority of participants need. For more information contact us via lekompass@leoben.at or +43 676 84 4062 204.

Please note: These courses are not a preparation for a language test and do not count towards the Austrian Integration Agreement (Integrationsvereinbarung).

Women’s Salon

Following the historic example from the turn of the 20^th century, the Salon is a place where women-specific topics are identified, discussed and moved forward. The Salon cooperates with the nowa women’s competence centre.
