Off to the “Montan Mystery Challenge”

Discover Leoben in a fun way and find out more about the history of the city:  The “Montan Mystery Challenge” is an interactive scavenger hunt that allows you to discover the city of Leoben in a mix of treasure hunt and guided tour. You can set off on the scavenger hunt on your own or in a group. It’s designed for adults and children from the age of 12. Younger children can do the challenge accompanied by older participants.

The hunt begins at KulturQuartier Leoben, Leopoldine-Pohl-Platz 1, in the heart of Leoben’s historic city centre. This is where the QR code to start the scavenger hunt is hidden.

The “Montan Mystery Challenge” offers newcomers to the area a chance to discover Leoben and its historical background for themselves – and also gives long-time residents of Leoben a fun opportunity to test their knowledge of the city.

To participate you will need:

  • a smartphone with internet access
  • paper and pencil
  • a bit of time and curiosity

The scavenger hunt is available in German and English and free of charge.

Duration: approx. 2 hours; the scavenger hunt consists of eight to nine stops
